The supposedly erotic content of these series has also generated other debates, around the sense of why the opportunity to reflect a new masculinity has been lost, in favor of continuing to repeat schemes that leave women as mere sexual objects. Can this be normal in the 21st century?
A series called ‘Sex / Life’ is destined to be successful, and that is what has happened with this North American production that has been shot in Toronto (Canada). It has been in the ‘top 3’ of the most watched on Netflix for several days and, possibly, it is due to a specific scene that has raised a lot of controversy.
